It is the responsibility of Arcádia® to define the Stores to be included in this Program, and to change the list of participating stores at any time.

Membership is nominal and the benefits granted are strictly personal, making it impossible to sell or lend the membership data. Each member has only one participation in the program, with the member's identification being personal and non-transferable. The data of each member cannot be transferred to third parties, and the user is responsible for all operations carried out with, for, or through their account.
