Keep the chocolate in a dry, dark place at a temperature between 12 and 20ºC. Keep it well wrapped to prevent exposure to air, moisture, and odors from other foods (the fat in chocolate absorbs these odors). Avoid storing the chocolate in the freezer, as it will lose its quality and all its characteristics.
